About us

ITEX Communications was registered in Latvia at the end of November 2014 as a management company, focusing on telecommunications services around the world.

Since 2015, it has become a software development company with SIM Monitoring software. This software is intended for the B2B market in order to research and advertise content in retail checkout areas. The company has also worked on fiber-optic communications.
Since 2018, together with ITEX-Ukraine, ITEX Communications has introduced the pharmaceutical information market research channel SIM Monitoring in Ukraine. As of the second half of 2020, this channel covers more than 1,400 pharmacies throughout Ukraine.

One of SIM Monitoring’s channels provides the pharmaceutical retail sector with the possibility of quantitative visitor research, as well as providing services as an advertising medium and information terminal.
